Deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Domain Casira: €600
Electricity per consumption. (meter readings are recorded upon
arrival and departure.)
Check-in: From 4 p.m. In case of late check-in, after 10 p.m., a surcharge of €20 will be charged.
Check-out: No later than 11 a.m. A late check-out is possible at an additional cost of €50
(not possible if there is a change on the same day)
A copy of the identity card is requested before arrival
Pets on request. (Surcharge)
Smoking is NOT allowed in the accommodations,
When using the BBQ, it is strictly forbidden to throw the coals or other waste on the mountain.
It is recommended to deposit waste and household waste at the container park as soon as possible. This is to avoid vermin.
When using the swimming pool and jacuzzi, it is necessary to shower beforehand, this is for hygiene reasons.

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit.
We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
Liability:
We expect every tenant to treat the accommodation and the inventory,
as well as the terrace (incl. furniture) with care. Please leave everything in the same condition as at the start of the rental period.
In the event of any damage and/or gross negligence on your part, you are
responsible for all repair and/or replacement costs.
Accidents can happen quickly, so if you damage, break,
or lose something, please inform us so that we can arrange for repair and/or replacement.
We are not liable for accidents, theft, loss and/or damage of
any kind during a stay in the property you rent.
We assume that these conditions do not need to be discussed during your stay, but for the sake of clarity, we have unfortunately had to draw them up. We thank you for your understanding.
- Villa Casira: 6 persons (the entire villa is only rented during the months of June, July, August)
- Studio Acacia: 2 persons
- Studio Risa: 2 persons
Final cleaning costs:
- Villa Casira: €150 (the entire villa is only rented during the months of June, July, August)
- Domain Casira: €250 (Entire domain is only rented during the months of June, July & August)
- The domain is not suitable for disabled people.
